Pyramid Schemes and The Art of Selling

Why did you set up your own business?

I’m serious, I want to know. Was it so that you could do what you love doing, help people and spend your days loving every minute of what you do and not having to answer to anyone else?

Or was it to slimy sell pyramid type schemes to other women?

I know which I am more like. And it’s not the slimy selling one.

I really feel that a lot of these get rick quick schemes you see online are pyramid type in their simplicity sometimes. You know when you see someone promise to teach you how to make $10K in 10 days? I’m sure some of them are the kind of people who will get 30 women on calls, sell 10 of them a package at $1K each which involves teaching them how to post in groups and do exactly what they did - sell 10 x packages at $1K each in 10 days.

It makes me both sad and angry and I honestly do worry for the state of the coaching industry - or maybe I am just hanging around in the wrong Facebook groups.

What do you think?

Would you really want to make $10K in 10 days if it meant selling your soul? Doing something you didn’t want to do?

Or do you want to make good money on your own terms doing what you want to do in a way that feels authentic to you?

Again, I know which one I’d choose.

Think about why you got into this business. Think about what it means to you. Think about what makes you glow and shine. Think about how you can turn that into an ethical, long term, heartwarming business.

And then come and talk to me and I’ll get you started.
