Firstly - you and I have a kick off meeting together to discuss exactly what you want to achieve during the next 40 days. We set goals and put an action plan together.
Then we’re in touch by email every day and we have a once a week check in on Facebook messenger to catch up and see how you are doing.
If you have any questions or problems you can get in touch with me and I will get back to you and help you stay on track to achieve your goals.
At the end of the 40 days we have another close off meeting to work out how you did and see what changes or improvements you would want to make for next time.
It’s a super focussed, can’t hide, get work done, achieve what you want to achieve, no bullshit kind of 40 days. This is not the choice to make if you are someone who doesn’t really want to put the effort in. I will know if you are hiding from me and I know that you will step up and put the effort in.
