Hi there, I’m Joy Langley,

I’m here to help you find your path.  To reassure you that you’re not alone.  To show you the tools that you need to be able to get back on track and cope with everything that life throws at you again.  (well maybe not EVERYTHING, but most things!) My passion for psychology, and understanding my own emotional well being led me to retrain as a therapist, where I discovered I really enjoyed working with male clients. I think that men are often left to struggle with feelings of not being good enough and I get that it can be hard to know where to turn for help.

My goal is to help YOU learn how you can help yourself and live the life you’re meant to live.  So that you can wake up in the morning confident that you know what actions to take to deal with whatever gremlins you may encounter on your journey.

In just a few hours I can help you identify what’s causing your current issues, help you set some goals around how you’d like your life to be different and talk you through the actions you need to take each day to see some big improvements.  Nothing that I teach is complicated or time consuming, it has to fit in with your life as a business owner, husband, father, footballer (or whatever it is you do in your spare time) I’m not going to suggest that you need to meditated for hours on end or change your diet to a plant based one where you are constantly hungry – I know how to make small, subtle changes to your wellbeing that will make you feel 100% better without you having to put in hours every day.
